

This entry will be about Kitagata High Town in Gifu, in which a complex of multi stories housing is set up under the supervision of Arata Isozaki, and design collaboration with architects such as Kazuyo Sejima and Steven Holl. Here are the images. The above two are just pictures of a housing project in front of the
big one.

Kids playing catch ball with their friends on the third floor. Dangerous, yes. But they think it is fun.


Using materials such as steel fences and bars, this housing project doesn't show a distinct character of a house, I myself think this is
factory like. But still, it is interesting how these big architects can come up with a contemporary solution.
